All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
As a general guideline, deliveries from MOMMA in Sydney to metro areas will take 2 to 3 business days for eParcel Express. Please note that if your address is outside of Australia Post Express Post Network, choosing Express Post does not guarantee that it will be delivered quickly. We cannot accept any responsibility for Australia Post’s shipping times and schedules.
eParcel Regular Post to metro areas is approximately 3-5 business days. Deliveries to remote/ country towns could take up to 7-10 business days.
Automated tracking advice from Australia Post for eParcel is sent to the email address and mobile number provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Sample kits are sent via a trackable method.
We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 12hrs.
Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied which results in the parcel being returned to us will incur a $9.95 re-delivery fee for deliveries within Australia and $20 for deliveries outside of Australia.
If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
Not Received Claims
Please enter the tracking number and file a missing items report directly with Australia Post as the recipient. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Australia Post will be able to track the delivery and follow up on the delivery status for you.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” on Australia Post website, as per their terms and conditions, “the sender rights to make a claim CEASES upon delivery”. Therefore, if you have not received but the Australia Post tracking information is showing as Delivered, you are required to file a report directly with them so they can assist you. We do not have the rights as a sender to file a claim on your behalf.
