We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. In the unlikely event that you would like to return your purchase for change of mind reason, MOMMA will offer you a store credit or a complete refund excluding delivery/postage fees provided that:
- You email MOMMA within 14 days of purchase via our Contact Us page to request for a RMA number
- Your request have been noted by us via email with a RMA number issued and you return the item within 14 days to the returns address provided;
- You include the original MOMMA packing slip and invoice along with your return;
- The item is in resaleable condition;
- It is in its original packaging;
- It is unopened, unused and in its original condition; and
- The original seal or shrink wrap is intact
If these requirements are not satisfied MOMMA reserves the right not to offer a store credit or refund for change of mind returns.
For hygiene reasons, MOMMA will not accept the return of cosmetics and skincare that have been opened, used or tampered with.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
Original invoice for your purchase can be found and printed to accompany your returns by logging onto “My Account”
